Product Specialist Brandon Hargett provided all the help I needed and got me the car with the exact specs I was hoping for (I highly recommend Brandon for anyone looking to get a Toyota). Thank you Brandon! Finance Manager Beman Habib guided me through the purchasing paperwork masterfully and had me finished with everything in an hour. He made the purchase experience easy to complete, as did Theresa in After Market customer relations. Once I had the car, Davon Davis over at the service center patiently answered my questions and made sure I got the wheel locks installed. He was just great. Throughout, Sales Manager John Albright kept track of how things were going for me - he personifies the pro-customer perspective over there. One key reason Fitzgerald Toyota continues to be the best dealership around: I found out its employees are now part owners of the company. Turns out that before old man Fitzgerald passed away, he wanted to make sure the spirit of the place would live on in its employees - they really do care about the company and they care about its customers, which is actually quite unique (if you stop and think about it) in this day and age.
