He has landed various roles across the automotive industry and has spent 8 years working as a Service Advisor. Since the time we arrived at this dealership, we felt that we were in a 5 star establishment . Separate coffee/ snack room , beautiful and comfortable ‘lobby’ (entrance) , and spacious offices . Ivy, who arranges my servicing is terrific, easy to work with, trustworthy and knowledgeable and just an overall really nice person! She pays attention to details and makes sure everything‘s done that need with, trustworthy and knowledgeable and just an overall really nice person! She pays attention to details and makes sure everything‘s done that needs to be…is great about letting me know if additional work is needed and fitting it in so multiple appointments aren’t necessary. Service department and detailing are also great! The detailing of my front windshield could be a little better, but other than that, my car is like new every time I have it detailed. Nice work!
