Out of town buyer who negotiated truck deal over the phone. When I got to the dealership to view the truck the passenger air bag was lit up. Dealership fixed the issue and then shipped the truck to my h phone. When I got to the dealership to view the truck the passenger air bag was lit up. I have purchased many NEW FORDs in my lifetime. Mtn. View FORD is the worst dealership. My 2025 NEW EXPEDITION was not ready when I arrived for delivery. Not even on the lot. It was still being Mtn. View FORD is the worst dealership. My 2025 NEW EXPEDITION was not ready when I arrived for delivery. Not even on the lot. It was still being detailed. and no gas, and no temp tag. I waited over 45 minutes for my car. I had driven 90 minutes to get there.... so the walk around explanation was non-existent. The 2 yr FORD maintenance warranty that the sales associate, and finance person promised was not even valid for this model. They had to comp me that warranty because sales and finance did not know the details. I sent a detailed email of issues to Mike Thornton, General Manager soon after my poor delivery, and he has never returned my communication. I have never heard back from the sales associate, Mike Cates. It has been over two weeks now...There is ZERO follow-up from Mtn. View Ford. I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a car from them. Find another FORD dealer that wants to earn and keep your business. More

They had no desire to to care about the problem I have with the jeep I bought that started the day I got it home. Only for it to start rattling in the motor when it would crank it.yes I know it’s used but on the same day I bought it if would of know it had a problem I would’ve not bought it. I live 100 miles away from there I would have just got something in my home town.I traded my truck that they were fixing in on it. Only reason my truck was there is because it broke down on me driving thur Chattanooga.but back to the jeep it was like they were in a rush for me to get it and get out of there with it. They showed no concern that I had a problem with it. Let me tell you woody Anderson in Huntsville is great my wife bought a used car there and it had a couple of issues they came to up picked it up fixed the problems and delivered it back that’s service there Mountain View for could care less all they care about it making that sell More
