Out of town buyer who negotiated truck deal over the phone. When I got to the dealership to view the truck the passenger air bag was lit up. I have purchased many NEW FORDs in my lifetime. Mtn. View FORD is the worst dealership. My 2025 NEW EXPEDITION was not ready when I arrived for delivery. Not even on the lot. It was still being Mtn. View FORD is the worst dealership. My 2025 NEW EXPEDITION was not ready when I arrived for delivery. Not even on the lot. It was still being detailed. and no gas, and no temp tag. I waited over 45 minutes for my car. I had driven 90 minutes to get there.... so the walk around explanation was non-existent. The 2 yr FORD maintenance warranty that the sales associate, and finance person promised was not even valid for this model. They had to comp me that warranty because sales and finance did not know the details. I sent a detailed email of issues to Mike Thornton, General Manager soon after my poor delivery, and he has never returned my communication. I have never heard back from the sales associate, Mike Cates. It has been over two weeks now...There is ZERO follow-up from Mtn. View Ford. I would NOT RECOMMEND purchasing a car from them. Find another FORD dealer that wants to earn and keep your business. More
