This will be my second review. I called 4 times about the last issue and was always told someone would call and never did. I bought my Honda in September 2022. When I left Brandon I called 4 times about the last issue and was always told someone would call and never did. I bought my Honda in September 2022. When I left Brandon said he put a new battery in my key fob. It is February 2023 and it is dead. Last car lasted 5 years. Googled it and they should last 3-4 years. So not only was that a lie, along with them not switching my tax and tags over as asked, and having me drive for 3 months illegally thinking everything was ok. I also found a re call on the app after purchasing the car, and received a letter on the mail about the same re call. Pretty sure that also should have been taken care of before I purchased this vehicle More
