When I tried to contact them about this a month ago no one was available and still no one has returned my call. Because they know they did something illegal. I would never go to this dealership ever again. Who knows if I'm the 1st person they did this to, and I probably won't be the last. Buyer beware. More

As always, very satisfied. I highly recommend this facility for auto maintenance and repair. They have friendly, down to Earth staff, who have always been honest and helpful. I I highly recommend this facility for auto maintenance and repair. They have friendly, down to Earth staff, who have always been honest and helpful. I have never felt ripped-off or felt that I have overpaid. In fact, I’ve often felt pleasantly surprised with their honesty, which is a rare event in the grande scheme of auto- repair/ maintenance. The quality of service has always been wonderful, and have been the recipient of minor repairs they did not charge me for during basic maintenance. If you are looking for an honest, quality repair/maintenance facility-I highly recommend Faulkner Toyota. More

John & the Faulkner Toyota team were very nice & worked with me & my budget. They were not pushing me into something that I couldn't afford, like other dealers have tried. Dawn, in the finance dept was exceptional also! She explained everything to me & was so pleasant! I have recommended them to many friends/family and will look forward to dealing with them again once my lease is up. They made the process quick & easy. Thanks John, Brandon & the rest of the Faulkner Toyota team! More
