We apologize for the negative experience that you had with us. Our team let us know that there was no agreement on the purchase price during your first visit, as you wanted to negotiate the dealer and state fees. Our salesman is correct in stating that we do not hold preowned vehicles. The sales manager reached out to offer other options in place of that vehicle, but stated that you declined. If you would like further clarification on our preowned process, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at feedback@cochran.com.

Cochran Nissan (Cochran Nissan South Hills) I literally have emails of the confirmed and agreed price, after which I asked "Sounds good. Do you need a deposit? Or do I need to come in and sign something? I can probably do that later today or tomorrow. How late are you open?" I was told "No, I'm marking it sold in the system and we'll get the evaporation test failure figured out first thing Monday morning before we put anything down". This "negotiation" of dealer fees you're talking about is me pointing out that your salesman, Brandon Murphy, altered them from what was agreed (via text, which I also have). I reported this in detail to your sales manager, who said that he would look into things and offer an alternative vehicle. I waited for Sam to send an offer of other options and and he never did, even after emails and text messages asking if he was going to offer something over the course of a week. I'd be happy to provide you with those. I declined nothing. And I followed your "preowned process" - you broke the agreement and sold the car to someone else. I have documentation proving that beyond any shadow of doubt and trying to paint me as mistaken or unreasonable is low.
