There is no assistance for Spanish speakers at all which is completely odd being that we are in Texas and I is the 2nd most spoken language. The seller claimed he gave us a set of key at closing which he didn’t as we didn’t take the vehicle until 4 days later since it had to be fitted for a gooseneck. He then said he would look for them and finally simply said he couldn’t find them only to stop responding after that. I never did find out if they simply lost the other set of keys or if they had been inexistent from the beginning. My husband just called to inquire about the free oil change and the operator was rude and offered no assistance. No, I would not recommend this place again. More
