Great Experience Ever!!! I was online searching for a Cadillac XT5 in blue. I noticed Thomson MacConnell Cadillac had a blue one in inventory. So I decided to call the dealers I was online searching for a Cadillac XT5 in blue. I noticed Thomson MacConnell Cadillac had a blue one in inventory. So I decided to call the dealership. I was answered by Christine who was a very nice receptionist and then she transferred me to sales department. After a couple of rings I was greeted by Brandon Ozier. He was polite, answered all the questions about the vehicle that I was interested in, and presented no type of pressure at all. I was so pleased by Brandon's approach and knowledge that I decided to stop in the dealership. The whole experience was great from the phone call to the in person. I was so pleased that I recommended a neighbor to Brandon and they came and bought from him as well. I have bought several cars in my day, and this was by the far the best experience that I have ever had. Thanks Brandon for all your help!!! Also the finance guy Cody Frye handled all my paperwork effortlessly. More
