Oh I am not even sure where to begin. I bought my truck from Jerry Hunt. When I bought my truck there was did so because I felt good about the salesman who helped me and I felt good about I bought my truck from Jerry Hunt. When I bought my truck there was did so because I felt good about the salesman who helped me and I felt good about the deal I was getting on my trade in and new purchase. I have used my company mechanic handling my repairs because it was just easier. I did change and decided to bring it to jerry hunt to do my maintenance. I drive a lot for work so my oil changes are pretty frequent. Normally there is a few guys in the service dept and they are all pretty good. Im not 100% sure but I think the guy I usually see is Brandon and he is great. Well I work 60 plus hours a week so I book my appointment for service on Saturday mornings. My appointment was at 10am I arrived ahead of time as I Normally do. I did not see any services guys in there and a few minutes later a woman walked in asking if i needed help. She didnt even look like she worked there her clothes messy hair messy just a weird unprofessional appearance. I check in a go out and sit. After an hour and a half she comes out to tell me they are behind and the tech is stuck on another oil change.So I asked her why she waited this long to come and tell me her response was she was business so she couldnt. Now Im there 2 hours and not at all happy that I have spent 2 hours of my day off waiting for a 20 minute oil change. She hands me my paperwork work with suggestions of services needed. I pay my bill and get in my car. I look at the paperwork and see it states my back brakes are low and need replacement. Paper states they were measured. I went back inside to ask her what the number for the measurement was and she said that meant they were at a 5 and will need replacement soon. I asked her if they measure with a tool or by eye? She said they should do it with a tool. So I informed her I replaced my rear brakes and rotors 2 weeks prior and I asked her are you sure they measured and she said sorry they are supposed too. I decided to juat walk out since I could clearly see she was not good at her job. I normally let stuff like this go but a few months ago when I got a service done they told me I needed tires which I know I was due for them. When they provided me the estimate, it had the complete wrong tire size on the estimate. So when I asked why is was wrong on the paper, they told me that is what is on my truck. When i went to my truck and looked, I had the correct size on the front and wrong size on the back. I pointed that out and said to the guy those 2 are the wrong size he said yes they are which is probably why they wore out more 1st. He said someone gave me the wrong size, I than explained to him that Jerry hunt did that. When I purchased the car I drove it home and it had a horrible tire noise. I called the dealer and they asked me to bring it back and they would look at it. I did go back they told me it needed 2 new tires. They then replaced them. I nerve thought to look and make sure all 4 were the same size. Im not sure how I feel about the service aspect of Jerry Hunt. I was happy about the purchase and trade in but I honestly feel like I cant get behind the services. I dont know when and if they are handling them properly. Its disappointing. More

BRANDON has a lot of attitude! Glenn is great thou. Jerry Hunt is terrible and the warranty they sell for 5000 doesn't cover anything! Everyone is very polite and willing to solve all your concerns in a timely manner.
