Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever seen! ! I buy a brand new ram 2500 and within the first 10,000 begin my electrical problems and tailgate falling on its own!!! Took it in and was told they ! Took it in and was told they couldn’t get to the electrical and that the tailgate was likely caused by the electrical issues!! Almost a year later I still have electrical problems and the tailgate finally fell while I had material in the back and it destroyed the tailgate! I called them again and was told by Brandon Pope to bring it up there and he’d make it right!! Not only did he waste my time and money he had a young lady deliver me a message that they won’t be covering anything on the tailgate but when they get a chance they’ll get to the electrical issues! I took this truck in with less than 10,000 miles on it, last time I took it up there they said they could look at electrical but since I hadn’t reported the tailgate they won’t do it!!! Less than a year old and less than 30,000 miles!!! Ram tells me they’ve had problems like this before and I should not have been turned away!!! Spoke to former employee and they wish I’d called them first that this place is more crooked than ever! “We take care of our veterans disabled vets at patriot” all they did is lie to us and not stand by the product!! It is very sad that a company would do this and blatantly show they have zero integrity! More
