They put the wrong oil in my diesel motor and said it was the oil used in all diesels beware. They changed from the correct oil used for years when went to this new smaller facility. They replaced with correct oil did not even apologize or even offer to pay for my towing it back to their shop. Travis is the worst service manager ever .Greg Hines was a asset to Volkswagen unfortunately he retired. He was a smart and great service manager .I was a loyal customer for 28 years never again thanks to this Travis guy!!! He was not even man enough to return any of my emails. More

The sales representative Bryce was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. He stayed with us the whole time and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to buy.
