I am extremely disappointed with the lack of price transparency at EchoPark Automotive Las Vegas. I worked with Michael Castello on the purchase of a 2024 Honda HR-V. After investing considerable time transparency at EchoPark Automotive Las Vegas. I worked with Michael Castello on the purchase of a 2024 Honda HR-V. After investing considerable time in the purchase process, I was informed that I had to pay an additional $699 for a PermaPlate protection product and was told it was mandatory and could not be removed. If a $699 product is mandatory to purchase the vehicle, that cost should be clearly disclosed to customers upfront. A customer should not discover an unavoidable additional charge after already spending significant time negotiating and arranging the purchase. I ultimately decided to continue because I liked the vehicle, but I am extremely disappointed with how this additional charge was presented. Transparency means clearly showing customers the true required cost from the beginning. More

Sold My Reserved Truck to Someone Else – Avoid EchoPark Henderson I went to EchoPark Henderson on March 12, 2026, to buy a specific used Ford Ranger. Salesperson Ken was polite and helpful: he explained Henderson I went to EchoPark Henderson on March 12, 2026, to buy a specific used Ford Ranger. Salesperson Ken was polite and helpful: he explained the fully loaded out-the-door price, shared the Carfax, and let me test drive it. I went home satisfied and that same evening placed a $500 deposit online to reserve it. EchoPark staff told me in-store this deposit would hold the vehicle. Right after paying, I received their confirmation email stating "Congratulations on your purchase". Still on 3/12, I called to confirm the exact cashier's check amount needed (planning to return 3/13 or 3/14 with full payment). No one called back. I followed up first thing 3/13 morning—still nothing. Then at 1:30 PM on 3/13, the Sales Manager texted/called: "Sorry, we accidentally sold your vehicle this morning. Our online system didn't communicate with our in-store system." When I asked why no callback the day before or how this happened, they cited "system issues" with zero explanation or accountability. What a disaster. If your deposit doesn't actually reserve the car and basic follow-up fails, walk away. This location is poorly run—don't waste your time. (They offered to refund my $500, which I'll take, but trust is broken.) More
