Amazing Experience! I had been to almost every dealership in DFW and had walked out of almost every one upset and angry. When I made it to Don Davis Nissan, I didn't beli I had been to almost every dealership in DFW and had walked out of almost every one upset and angry. When I made it to Don Davis Nissan, I didn't believe there was an honest car salesperson or dealership around. In my opinion, everyone of them were pushy, dishonest and played games. I just don't have the time or patience for that! Brandon promptly greeted me and I promptly let him know what I thought about my experiences thus far. He assured me he would change my perception and that his goal was to EARN my business, and he did exactly that. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He actually LISTENED to what I had to say. Never once did Brandon attempt to get pushy when my answer was "no" and never once attempted to play games. He made the process quick, easy and painless. Every person I interacted with at the dealership, from sales to service to finance, was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I only wish I had saved myself months of frustration and visited Don Davis Nissan first. I highly recommend both Brandon Williams and Don Davis Nissan and will absolutely be back for my next vehicle. I drive past Don Davis Nissan every day, and so decided to stop in and test drive a new Armada. We have had great experiences in the past with this dealership on both purchases and service. Brandon met us outside and listened to what we wanted, and found the exact model on the lot. He explained all the features and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle. We test drove it, and decided that if the price was right, we wanted to buy. Brandon was very considerate, asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood our needs, and made the deal! The finance person was also very knowledgeable and courteous. All in all a great experience! More

Thrilled Lady I did a lot of research on different crossovers and preferred the 2016 Nissan Rogue. I made 3 trips to Don David Nissan in Arlington, Texas. My 2nd visit I met a wonderful young man named Tommy Vo. My friend and I both found Tommy to be very informed, patient, and courteous. He won me over to want to deal with him. I returned on my 3rd visit to see Tommy and I met Brandon who was "showing Tommy the ropes". We started negotiating the deal and I ended up where I needed to, with my son's assistance also.
