The people made the transaction work efficiently. I have delt with Southern States over the years and found them to be mostly as straight forward as a dealership is known to be. 2 issues: Their w I have delt with Southern States over the years and found them to be mostly as straight forward as a dealership is known to be. 2 issues: Their web site listed a $1000.00 bonus on the vehicle. The detail not shown indicating that this was NOT available if I took advantage of the zero APR loan. They did compensate another way however. This needs to be stated clearly on their web site. The finance guy needs to tone down the fear mongering of not getting the extended warranty. He made us question the reliability if the vehicle with horror stories of how he personally used the warranty on his own vehicle dozens of times. Maybe I should have bought a Honda or Toyota because they might be more reliable. I know that dealers buy a warranty from a third party and mark it up and sell it to unsuspecting customers, this is commonly known so please stop the pressure tactics. More
