Prior to my arrival, they were very helpful and made sure I understood exactly what I was looking at because they wanted me to be happy when I finally did see the truck. There were a few things that I wanted done and they did that without any problems. I like working with family-owned operations because they tend to be more friendly and they certainly were. They believe in providing the best customer care they can and will go out of their way to make sure the customer gets what he wants if it's possible. They even picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership even though it was a used truck. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle to see if they have it and they won't be disappointed. Also, their dealer prep price is one of the lowest I've seen in the country which speaks a lot for the dealership. They are very knowledgeable and that helps a lot when looking at used vehicles. Once I arrived and checked out my new used truck, they had all the paperwork ready and that was done in a jiffy. After they make sure everything was complete and correct, I was on my way back to Florida. They are a great group to work with. More
