Buying a vehicle online requires trust, honesty, and transparency from the dealership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. From start to finish, this process revealed a clear lack of integrity, p transparency from the dealership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. From start to finish, this process revealed a clear lack of integrity, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction. When the vehicle arrived, the windshield had two large cracks that had already started running, forcing me to replace it immediately at my own expense. The transport company provided photographic proof that the damage existed before the vehicle ever left the dealership, yet no one disclosed this prior to the sale or took responsibility afterward. That kind of deception is unacceptable. Even though I have a credit score over 800, the dealership refused to allow me to arrange my own financing. Instead, they insisted I use their financing company and locked me into a rate that was far higher than what my own bank offered. It was clear this was done for their financial gain, not my benefit. They were also relentless in trying to upsell me on products I did not need, including extended warranties and add-ons that I had clearly stated I was not interested in. This aggressive sales approach only reinforced my impression that their focus was profit, not the customer. Upon delivery, I also discovered that while two of the tires were new, the other two were old and worn — another important detail that was never disclosed. Overall, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. The lack of honesty, transparency, and professionalism made what should have been an exciting purchase incredibly stressful. I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. Trust and integrity should come standard with any sale — this business failed on both counts. More
