The first time we arrived at the dealership "just to look", it was late evening but Brendan was gracious and patient. We ended up test driving the car. Although Brendan touched based thereafter a couple of times by text to let us know about their inventory/rebates, we never felt pressured. Thru no fault of Brendan's, we encountered a bit of a pricing snafu, which Brandon managed very well and very fairly. He kept us whole and found a way to navigate around the obstacle.
