Initial sales contact was great, Roberto was ncie and out going. I told him what I wanted, which was to look at top trims of both the Santa Fe AWD and Palisade AWD. Unfortunately they did not have exactly wh going. I told him what I wanted, which was to look at top trims of both the Santa Fe AWD and Palisade AWD. Unfortunately they did not have exactly what I wanted in the way of exterior, interior colors or AWD. I test drove both the Santa Fe and Palisade. Once we got back we (sales manager and I) did the whole dance about dollars. But even when we got somewhat close, they still didn't have what I wanted, so we left it at. Roberto said they'd get what I want. Took them a few days, but they pulled through. White Palisade AWD Calligraphy, beautiful car, love the amenities! Thanks to Roberto and Brendan for making this experience great! More

Hyundai of Wesley Chapel should pat themselves on their back for their excellence in customer service. Kudos to Brendan, who did a phenomenal job in showing us the vehicles we wanted to see.
