Chrissy, the service manager, was polite, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable when I had my van towed in in late April. She kept me informed as the work progressed on the van.. When I picked it up Saturday morning, she apologized for it taking 3 weeks to get it back to me and explained everything that was done in a way that I could understand without talking down to me. She had someone go get it and bring it around under the awning so I wouldn't have to go out in the rain and get wet.
