A lot of problem with my truck and they can’t fix it I took my truck because my transmission went out. They had it in the shop almost 1 month, they told me my truck was ready to pick it up. So I called them back and told them that my truck was running bad.They told me to bring it back So I took it backand, they call me the next day they told me that the truck was ready and it was running perfectly fine so I went to pick it up I left The dealership the truck still running really really bad so I called them back and they told me That there was nothing else they could do to it. First time using dealership service center, factory recall Ihad received a recall issue in the mail so I called Quebeduex service dept. The person I was put in touch with was aware of the issue & said they wou Ihad received a recall issue in the mail so I called Quebeduex service dept. The person I was put in touch with was aware of the issue & said they would have to order the replacement part then he would call me when it came. He did exactly that in the time frame he had quoted. He told me the repair would take 2 1/2 - 3 hours. I ask if they had a guest shuttle, which they did. I myself had time issues & he was able to work around them. I have never had to take my car to a dealership for any reason let alone a recall issue so I really didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth things went & the person I first spoke to was the one who handled everything for me & made me feel comfortable. I noticed the customers around me at the other service desks all had smiles too. The ride to my house & back to pick up my car was enjoyable & very appreciative. It definitely deserves the 5 stars More
