I purchased a car that needed a recall inspection and repair. Took it into Barbee ford within 2 weeks of purchase. While they had my car - they damaged the windshield and broke the door they were suppose repair. Took it into Barbee ford within 2 weeks of purchase. While they had my car - they damaged the windshield and broke the door they were supposedly doing the recall on. I have email correspondence where they admit to it and refuse to pay. The service manager and the director of operations said that because a rock hit the windshield while they were driving my car to the body shop, it was not their fault. Obviously since they were driving - it is their fault. I took my car to another ford dealership who confirmed Barbee Freeway Ford was responsible for the damage to my door and charged Barbee Ford for the damage. This is the worst service I have ever received and I do not recommend anyone take their cars there. Happy to share the email chain with anyone. Already sent it to the BBB and the AG. More
