I would highly not recommend this dealership. I called and spoke with another gentleman Jacob Jackson who was VERY nice and let me know that he could help me out and explained I needed to bring the vehicle in. So, I drove the 2 hours in and the receptionist very kindly greeted me, but the friendly customer service was definitely not there from anyone else. A different Jake grabbed the keys for the vehicle, but was receptive on handing them to me and told me he unlocked it so I could go look at it, but reluctantly gave me the keys when I asked for them. They then tell me that there is not another $2000 that they will add even though there is no damage or issues with my vehicle and told me “it doesn’t matter why we’re not giving it to you, we don’t have to”and walked away. In the mean time of waiting for the finalizing of the appraisal, I could hear Brent standing at the counter behind me trying to talk disrespectful to another employee because I asked for another salesman. We have a Chevy dealership 15 miles away but I will drive that two hours again to deal with Heartland in Liberty mo . More
