Stephen Case, my sales rep, did an outstanding job with excellent communication and professionalism every step of the way. What really stood out was how the team went above and beyond — the car originally only had one key, but they provided me with the second key free of charge (something they weren’t obligated to do) and even included all-weather mats for the vehicle at no additional cost. The whole staff worked together seamlessly: Steve Schwegmann, the business manager, was exceptionally helpful, and Brent McMillen, the sales manager, made sure everything came together smoothly to finalize the deal. I am very impressed, have zero complaints, and would absolutely buy from Greenwood Automotive again without hesitation.
