I explained my situation and he told me to come on in and see what they could do. The whole process was easy and did a test ride, traded my old car and was shown around the building for service and wash. Completely satisfied with how I was treated. Joe and the rest of the crew did an awesome job. Will definitely return for another purchase in the future. Thanks again!!! More

Absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had! The first sold me a Camry that had a defective odometer/digital mph screen. Then the inside temp could only be set in Celsius as we came to find had! The first sold me a Camry that had a defective odometer/digital mph screen. Then the inside temp could only be set in Celsius as we came to find out it was a Canadian spec vehicle and it cld NOT BE FIXED! Then they told me they were doing me a favor by taking it back and getting me an operable Camry. The deal was it was to have the same options or better. Well the replacement did not and the absolutely wld bot do a xxxx thing about it. Then come to find out, the lies in their listing and said the Camry Hybrid gets 51/53 MPG. After only being able to get 41/44, I looked at the Toyota website and 44/47 is the actual rating. NEVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM PREFERRED AUTO! THEY CERTAINLY LIVE UP TO THE USED CAR SALESMEN WORLD WIDE PERCEPTION! LIARS! More
