As far as I’m concerned you people have not lived up to your contract at all you were supposed to do a ceramic coating on my truck would you charge me $3000 for which was never done when I took it to a pro your contract at all you were supposed to do a ceramic coating on my truck would you charge me $3000 for which was never done when I took it to a professional they guaranteed me it was never done so I paid additional money to have it done The manager, old and new along with the sales person who sold me my truck are nothing but liars in con artist get you out the door get your money and goodbye don’t ever wanna see you again More

Getting to Homosassa is easier, although I kind of wonder about the FDOT and U.S. 19. More

I came for my 1000 mile service. Asked about disabling the 15 minute shut off when the vehicle is running due to having my dog or dogs in the car. Running into the store to get a ga Asked about disabling the 15 minute shut off when the vehicle is running due to having my dog or dogs in the car. Running into the store to get a gallon of milk can take longer than 15 minutes. In this heat I’m not willing to have my dog overheat and die. My advisor didn’t have the answer and looked through my manual for my truck. He could not find the answer and either could the mechanic. I looked through the manual and found the answer and relayed the information to the advisor. I was told it would cost 150.00. Well I though that was ridiculous since it was using a computer and it was done in maybe 5-10 minutes. Furthmore I bought the maintenance plan and the extended warranty. I find it ridiculous that a second time customer who has purchased two HD trucks is treated in this manner. I will not purchase another vehicle from Jenkins nor will I recommend Jenkins. More

I'll never recommend this company or any of its affiliate companies to anybody for any kind of service whatsoever. They tried to charge you for parts that you don't need when they are simple fix such as fuse companies to anybody for any kind of service whatsoever. Very disappointed again in the time it takes to get oil change and tire rotation. I was 30 minutes early for Monday morning 9:00 appt. . It took until 11:00. Very unhappy. They didn’t charge me for either change and tire rotation. I was 30 minutes early for Monday morning 9:00 appt. . It took until 11:00. Very unhappy. They didn’t charge me for either which I objected to saying I didn’t want something for nothing. They insisted and I left. Won’t be back . 2 oil changes same disappointing results. More

I don’t think anyone likes to bring a vehicle in for repairs, but Jenkins makes it as painless as possible. More
