I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Cadillac dealership. An employee named Brie was rude, unprofessional, and gave me an attitude during a phone call. She ultimately hung up on me, this Cadillac dealership. An employee named Brie was rude, unprofessional, and gave me an attitude during a phone call. She ultimately hung up on me, which is completely unacceptable. The issue started around 10:00 AM when I brought my car in and needed a loaner/rental. I was told I couldn’t receive assistance because she was on lunch, and instead of offering a solution, she became aggressive and said she would no longer help me because I didn’t come on her time. That is not how customers should ever be treated. I have been a very loyal Cadillac customer, but this experience was beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, I called and left messages for management multiple times starting in the morning, and as of 4:30 PM, no manager had returned my call. This has been going on all day, which shows a complete lack of care for customers and their concerns. Customer service and professionalism are clearly lacking at this location. I will never return to this dealership, and I strongly suggest management address this behavior immediately. Shameful experience—do better. More

Ron was excellent explaining everything. If you can get thru to dealership (Someone answering phone)Or being on hold 8 times on one day then I txt for pickup at 3:30 pm because Dr appt after. If you can get thru to dealership (Someone answering phone)Or being on hold 8 times on one day then I txt for pickup at 3:30 pm because Dr appt after.I txt back twice to confirm and no answer?Well guess what they forget to send shuttle.They pick me up at 4:00.Therfore cancel appt.They Sid traffic but driver said otherwise.Unorganized.Bri left message on my phone for initial appt that they not take customers or service till first of year??Ron told me bring vehicle in next day.You have top saleswoman (Kara) because I bought 4 Escalades from you're dealer but service cannot get a oil change right or answer phone.Other dealers have runners or rent a car. This is not first review wrote on this situation. More

On Monday, I brought my vehicle in for an instrument panel issue. After waiting over 90 minutes with no communication, I was informed only upon inquiry that the part required replacement and would arriv panel issue. We scheduled service for Wednesday morning with a loaner provided. On Tuesday, I called to confirm readiness and was surprised to learn the vehicle had not been serviced, despite the part being available. Ron assured me work would begin Wednesday morning and the car would be ready by 3 p.m., though I had to specifically request a follow-up call. When I retrieved the vehicle late Wednesday, I discovered greasy handprints across the inside of the windshield, creating a visibility hazard. This experience reflected poor communication, lack of follow-through, and unsatisfactory care of my vehicle. More
