Parker was the best sales guy I’ve ever dealt with. I really appreciated the no pressure sales and my husband is a researcher so it took us a few days to really decide if we wanted to more forward with our new vehicle. We had been researching for months on a new vehicle and then decided to go full EV we were actually on our way to Toyota to see what we can go check out that we happened to see Subaru, I’ve always wanted a Subaru they are great cars, safe, reliable, and overall I like the culture behind it. So we stopped and saw the few EVs they had well Parker let us test drive two and we talked for a bit then went home. My husband and I looked up a few more things that we wanted to make sure this would be the best purchase for us and the deal was great! Overall very happy with our new EV and glad we just happen to stop by. More

Eddie Bittar and I connected immediately, partly because of his demeanor and partly because of our shared interests and experiences. He made time to listen and shared parts of his life with me. I believe that was instrumental in helping me make the decision to purchase the car. Honestly, I was ready to seriously consider buying an Outback because I knew of several Subaru owners already. I briefly considered an Ascent as well. Eddie gave me the time to work through that but didn’t push me in any certain direction. That was key to making me feel the way I feel now. I feel like I made the right choice and I am very happy with my decision. I also was impressed that almost every employee I encountered engaged me with eye contact as they greeted me when they walked by or we passed each other while at the store. Eddie introduced me to other key members of the team., Once I made that decision to purchase, I was introduced to other key people in the service department. I had a great interaction with four of those staff members. Allowing Kevin to show us the vehicle operating system and other important aspects of the vehicle was incredibly helpful to my wife and I as owners and future operators of the vehicle. Kevin was brilliant and well spoken and projected a confident and professional appearance and demeanor. Most of the people I encountered stressed their satisfaction with their employment at the Superstore and their commitment to the Subaru brand. The whole experience from walking through the door to driving out the driveway cemented my impression that I had just been to a super store! Super job to all! More
