Overall I usually like this dealership but my last experience was very disappointing. While my vehicle was with City Auto waiting on parts it was broken into, rear window smashed and ransacked steali experience was very disappointing. While my vehicle was with City Auto waiting on parts it was broken into, rear window smashed and ransacked stealing many items. The dealer took absolutely no responsibility and offered no help with repairs to the damage. All I asked for was reimbursement for the the repairs on the broken rear window..$600.00. I have been a good customer there purchasing my last two vehicles from them and get a majority of my service work done there. But now I am very soured on City Auto. Their lack of compassion for a good customer and to risk losing a good customer over $600 is very disappointing for a small town dealer. You can be sure I'll spread the word. Not good customer service at all. More
