In almost 20 years of car shopping i've had 1 decent overall experience where I didn't feel as if i'd been tricked, cheated, or taken for a fool shortly after driving the car home. Bolles Motors was by far the best overall experience i've had. And this is even with the fact that I had to drive over an hour each way to test drive and then close on the sale. I don't expect perfection and some little items did come up during the closing of the sale and after but the way they dealt with it proved to me that they truly value their customers and want them to be satisfied with their purchase. I can't speak highly enough of the team from sales on up to management. I know for a fact that when it's time to trade up our current purchase we'll be starting an hour away from our house at Bolles because i'd rather drive for a good experience then deal with a horrible one nearby. Five stars all the way. More
