From Brian Bolles himself, I was greated several times to be sure I was happy with the sale. I was very impressed by that. I was also impressed with the painless process and the professionalism of all staff I was directly involved with from Sean to Daniel (who filled in for Sean) to Ken and Brian. I was treated like royalty and the wonderful part of that is that it never felt forced. At Bolles, it was natural. My salesman, Sean LeBaron was very kind and very patient with my “had to haves”. He engaged me on a personal level that comforted me and was sensitive to me not enjoying the car buying experience. However, while I’ve had good experiences buying before, buying from Bolles was different and was the best experience i’ve ever had. Because of that I’ve had to tell anyone who would listen about my experience, about Sean and how truly great it was. I wish Bolles much success for the coming year.
