Always professional, always fair. I live in Florida now, but have purchased many vehicles from Burtness over the years. I recently purchased a 2025 Silverado and hoped I would be able to purchase it from Burtness, but the pricing on Chevrolet.com showed dealerships in Florida for some reason had far less expensive trucks than anywhere else in the country. Factoring in travel expenses, it just wasn't in the cards this time. However, they were the only dealership I considered when purchasing an extended warranty on my truck. I know many dealers will look to make up for low pricing on vehicles by gouging consumers on warranty pricing, but I knew I could trust Burtness would give me a fair price on my extended warranty coverage, whether I purchased the vehicle from them or not. More
