I made an appointment for a oil change that should have taken 1 1/2 hours maximum. I got to the dealership 10 minutes early, after doing all the paperwork and handing over the keys. I'm told it'll be 2- 2 taken 1 1/2 hours maximum. I got to the dealership 10 minutes early, after doing all the paperwork and handing over the keys. I'm told it'll be 2- 2 1/2 hours we're slammed. Why wasn't I informed of that to start with. My car was finally done 4 hours after I arrived. This is totally understandable and I can't recommend your dealership to anyone else for the fact that I was lied to just to get me in the door. More

Everything was on point except that it was three hours between checking in and receiving the text message of the inspection findings. My only recommendation is that the service department lowers the amoun between checking in and receiving the text message of the inspection findings. My only recommendation is that the service department lowers the amount of customers able to check-in at any given time to spread load the wait time per customer. If the service department was not able to immediately begin servicing my vehicle as close to 0915 as possible, that means they overpromised me and overbooked their technicians’ capabilities. More
