The employees seemed annoyed they had to interact with me. This was especially the case after I declined the repairs that were recommended. I dropped my car off for service and was called about ten minutes later to be told that after they parked it in the back lot, it was hit by a delivery truck. As a result, my tail light is smashed, the bumper minutes later to be told that after they parked it in the back lot, it was hit by a delivery truck. As a result, my tail light is smashed, the bumper is cracked and dented, and there are scratches throughout the area. I was told this situation is similar to a car being hit in a Walmart parking lot. However, I did not park my vehicle there. I handed over my keys and trusted the dealership to take care of my car while it was in their possession. My vehicle was in their custody at the time of the damage, we should be able to trust that our cars are parked in places they can be hit More

The sales team and management were not very understanding or willing to work much when it came to pricing additionally the sales person that worked with me was very unknowable about the vehicles that he was or willing to work much when it came to pricing additionally the sales person that worked with me was very unknowable about the vehicles that he was selling and was not deliberate with his work. This cause multiple issues one being agreeing to a price for the vehicle what we were talking about however the sales person did not give the correct information causing later issues. After leaving the dealership a week later they asked me to come back in after already signing all the paperwork saying there was a small problem with some paperwork and we just need to resign that was all that was said. We then talked to finance and he informed us of the mistake that the sales person made and told us that his managers would not honor our originally agreed apon price and was trying to make us pay and extra 170$ a month. The finance person tried everything he could to get us to a better payment however his bosses were unsupportive in any attempts to work towards the agreed apon price. More

Very efficient process from ordering the exact vehicle we wanted to completing our trade-in. Our salesman Jacob was very responsive to our questions and kept us upto date on all stages of our new vehicle pur wanted to completing our trade-in.
