This dealership did an excellent job fixing my difficult to diagnose air conditioner issue on my truck. It did take several tries but they were persistent and it appears to be fixed. This time was an unscheduled event with our SRX in which he was able to get looked at and "fixed" on a Friday afternoon. Hope Barkers know they have the BEST service consultant in town. The dealership is clean with great snacks! The service staff was courteous and professional. The work done on my car was done in the amount of time they predicted. I appreciate the loner car. One critism was that they were supposed to wash my Cadillac and they did a crappy job! There were bugs on my front end from traveling and they were all there after I retrieved my car. I pointed it out to my service man and he said “oh they just do a 1,2,3 quick spray over! “ I would of expected a little hand wash on my VERY EXPENSIVE luxury vehicle. At least get the bugs off the front end!! Additional, they were supposed to vacuum the front car mats, and this was not done! When I picked my Cadillac, the front mats were still fill of salt from the WINTER. Although this may seem a minor detail, I was told the mats would be vacuumed and I did expect that particular detail to be completed! More
