I was very happy with my service visit, I needed a inspection & and Oil Change. I only waited a few minutes before I was called into the service area. Allan St Germain was my Service Advisor, he was inspection & and Oil Change. I only waited a few minutes before I was called into the service area. Allan St Germain was my Service Advisor, he was friendly as well as professional. He showed me to the waiting area and kept me posted on the status of my vehicle. I feel Allan really went above & beyond to make sure my Service Experiense was very pleasant. The waiting room was clean & comfortable, the TV, beverages & snack made the wait fly by. I would absolutely recommend the Rockland Jeep Service Department. More
