Buying a new vehicle is exciting in some ways and in other ways dreaded. Nobody particularly likes the negotiations for the best price on the vehicle, trade in, or interest rates however the staff I dea other ways dreaded. Nobody particularly likes the negotiations for the best price on the vehicle, trade in, or interest rates however the staff I dealt with at Toyota of Kingsport put all those aside and made me feel like I was part of their family. The negotiations were calm, all employes were professional and courteous. They did something rare, they listened to my needs and we came to a mutually agreeable decision on what I wanted. I cant tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Marvin, Brian, and Ed. I will be a lifetime member of the Toyota of Kingsport family now! More
