Excellent Experience! I was just starting to look for a new vehicle and had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when I stopped by Joe Machens Ford in Columbia. Brian Hard I was just starting to look for a new vehicle and had no intention of purchasing a vehicle when I stopped by Joe Machens Ford in Columbia. Brian Hardaway met me in the lot. He was very friendly and helpful and by the time I left I was seriously considering a purchase and within 2 days was driving off the lot in a brand new Ford Explorer! Everyone at Machens was great to work with, friendly, attentive and I couldn't find another dealer that could match the price! Highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely consider them when we purchase our next vehicle. More
