I drop my truck on monday for a simple plug installations take a hole weeks the job they said supposed to be 1 days work call the dealer too many times and nobody answer my call just be transfer to a voice m take a hole weeks the job they said supposed to be 1 days work call the dealer too many times and nobody answer my call just be transfer to a voice message and never call me back ,later spoked with the manager who supposed to contact me asap but never did ,call again and now they want to charge me twice for the job they already get pay because they miss it up and dont know how to came clean with the job if you guys out there thinking bring you vehicle to a dealer ship I encourage you to find a better place to go because this dealer when you go for the first time they treat you like a king but after they get you car you just have to sit and wait until they want to give it call or give you cars ,,,when there because somebody recommend it to me for installation of 7way plug just come back to the dealer because the plug don't work and I wish never going there in the first time and this is not anonymous customer my name is pablo and I so mad at the dealer because my bad experiences that I have it and nobody should be treated like that More

This is the second car we have gotten from Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The new showroom is both beautiful and spacious!! Most importantly though is that everyone we saw and or dealt with were extreme Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The new showroom is both beautiful and spacious!! Like most car dealerships they tell you everything you want to hear at the time and try to hurry you through the process. Of course the problem happens after you sign and they don't hold up their end an want to hear at the time and try to hurry you through the process. Of course the problem happens after you sign and they don't hold up their end and then call and threatening you even though they dont fulfill their agreement. It has been over a month and still have not received a check that they have owed me because their detail guys are incompetent. Check was supposed to be ready over 3 weeks ago. Car gets home and was so dirty when youbstart cleaning you find scratches and imperfections and they aren't willing to correct any of it even though you had put less than 50mi on car it sits in garage. My salesman has message me at least 5x wanting a review and every time you voice concerns he says im only a salesman i just want review on me. Well its a bigger picture of dealership as a whole that is a problem. This dealership will not return your emails they will not return your calls they will exploit you while you are in person then absolutely will not follow through. When they call to ask how their service was you give honest feedback that is met with sorry but no follow-up. While car was in for service before this purchase last dodge i had even though purchased elsewhere while in for oil change they took it upon themselves to put their stickers and take my lic plate cover off and replace with their advertisement. Be careful here they are definitely wolves and i have bought many cars in my time by a landslide worst experience and still not over. After talking to few locals everyone has had same experience here that they would never return i will drive an hour away for oil change to avoid this dealership. More
