Don’t stand by their customers We have a Dodge Ram went in for recall ended up needing extensive work while there items were stolen out of center console and box in bed of truck. Notified the owner Bob Barnette back in September also dealt with service manager and district manager. We keep being told they are looking into it? Well we are in March and nothing has ever been done by dealership to rectify the situation. We should of been taken care of as a customer immediately and we were not... Not ever! More

I asked for tx number for Auburn Hills she said they did not have one and hung up on me. I googled them and got corp help line they took information said to call back in 2 hrs . I did and they said motor would be replaced . The dealer was very good to deal with I would recommend to every one. L S Hall More

Quick and easy service I had the airbag recall to take care of. After reading all the negative reviews I thought of using a different dealer but this one was closest so gave I had the airbag recall to take care of. After reading all the negative reviews I thought of using a different dealer but this one was closest so gave them a chance. I stopped in to make an appt. and was taken care of promptly with an appt. set up for the next day at 8:30. I was early 8:05 and the team checked me right in and took care of the recall while I waited less than an hour. They offered to give me a ride instead of waiting but I had my book to read. I was home by 9:30 and was happy I went to this dealer. I'll keep using them if they maintain the level of professionalism I experienced this time. More

they do not honor what they say how about no stars bought my wifes car there went flawless decided to trade in my truck now remember i live an hr and a half away my wife drives this how about no stars bought my wifes car there went flawless decided to trade in my truck now remember i live an hr and a half away my wife drives this every month just to go there and service her car i liked this place so much so i decided its time to trade in anyway talked to one manager gave me one xxxx of a deal i was ready to come down he told me hold on he had to run this 20k mile truck through service first ok no problem it was my truck and 2800 bucks cash deal said he would call me as soon as its done well no call next day i called back up he wasnt available ect....finally i got upset because when i called and found out they sold the truck to someone else a deal is a deal man anyway they told me they would get another one 2 months went buy nothing so i called and talked to a lady who was supposively a manager she said she would call me back and make this right she never did call the next day talked to bryan who said the same he never did really after all the people i recomended you 15 people just in a 1 mile radius have bought cars and trucks from you because of me this is how you are going to treat me ok see if you get one more customer from me as a matter of fact see how far this goes.....here is my number 727-808-2918 i got nothing to hide im not someone who treats there customers like crap filled with false promises Update called and asked to speak to Bob left message no return call go figure Update still no call wow ......guess they do. Not care what people think Update still nothing wow still nothing wow Update got a call today the person apologized over and over a said he would make it right comes back at 21k and my truck my reply far off from our original agreement he said sorry but that truck is gone I replied I know you sold it to someone else after you made the deal he replied that is how we usually do business I am sorry confesses they breached a verbal agreement and refuses to make it right now I have to bring my recordings thank God my business line records everything and these texts to my attorney people a agreement weather verbal or written when agreed apon is a contract are you that ignorant....it would be cheaper and easier to make this right but they don't obviously want to do that will post pics of the text messages.... As a business owner If I saw this I would be on the phone making this right but nope the owner obviously does not care update pathetic i can not believe this place or the staff not even a reply from the owner nothing update not a peep More

Refused to fix leak I have an "07 Jeep Wrangler with a leak around front passenger side door. Was told Jeep leak specialist only comes in on Thursday's so waited until th I have an "07 Jeep Wrangler with a leak around front passenger side door. Was told Jeep leak specialist only comes in on Thursday's so waited until then. Upon check-in, was told I had numerous recalls and they could take care of all of them while they had Jeep. Was also told windshield cracks could be taken care of. When the service manager called to give estimate, he explained that all seals needed to be replaced around doors and top/lid and it would be $1500. WOOOOOAAAH! So we went into dealership to discuss details. When we asked how much it would be just to fix existing leak, the "leak specialist" told us he would only do the whole job or nothing. Needless to say we were in shock and made arrangements to have leak fixed elsewhere. But we did leave Jeep there for recalls and windshield. I just called to check on it after being there for 24 hours (service is open until 2 a.m.) and NOTHING has been done! What a waste of my time! I do NOT recommend this dealership for service at all! More

Poor Service from xxxx and back I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Napelton of Clermont. The process was great. But when it cones to the Service Department run away as far as you can. I bought my 2017 Dodge Journey at Napelton of Clermont. The process was great. But when it cones to the Service Department run away as far as you can. PLEASE bring a cot and plenty of food with you becuase you will definitely be there for a while. I brought my Journey in 2 separate times for a front end alignment and it took 4 hours each time and the issue was never fixed. Had to go back because a technician didn't put the lug nut key back in the glovebox and that was another 2 hours. This evening I go to have a simple oil change and the wait time I was told would be an hour and a half. After the hour and a half passed they said it was going into the bay next but it would be another hour wait. Bullcrap, I got my keys and left. I will change my oil myself. No more, no more. Had enough. SO PLEASE GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. More
