I had to return 3 times to get service right twice. Brand new car with window issues. Fixed but took two Vista to get it right. Also each time was without a car. The service department had my car for a whole day to do the standard maintenance. We talked to them earlier in the day and asked if they could look at my tires when the rotate them, as 2 of them kept going the standard maintenance. We talked to them earlier in the day and asked if they could look at my tires when the rotate them, as 2 of them kept going low. We went to pick up my car and we noticed my tires were still low. On the paper work they stated tires were fine and no rotation had been done. After going back and fourth with the employee they finally took my car back and looked at the tire. They found a nail in the tire. They then asked to keep my car for another day so they can fix the tire or if they could put on my spare, fix the tire and come back to get my tire put back on. We refused, stated we will not be bring the car back to this dealership for service as we would drive 45 minutes for standard maintenance. We did end up getting the tire fixed at Discount Tire within an hour. All in all will not be returning nor ever giving referrals to this dealership. More
