I was just at the Ken Ganley Nissan in Mayfield Heights and had the worst experience I've ever had in a dealership. I had called ahead earlier in the week and spoke with Brian, a salesperson, and asked if and had the worst experience I've ever had in a dealership. I had called ahead earlier in the week and spoke with Brian, a salesperson, and asked if they could bring a car from the Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina up here since I live nearby. He said that he could and that if they brought it up on Saturday, they could keep it until Monday and then take it back to Medina. I agreed to see it then. When I got there, the car was waiting and looked great. I test drove it and loved the car and started on the paperwork. Unfortunately for me, I had mistakenly figured the wrong "out the door" number and I was off by about $2500. I still wanted the car, so we moved forward. I asked for a little money off since the windows had a tint that was significantly below the legal limit and would have to be removed to be legal. The manager, David, came over and said that he could only take $200 off. This left us at $25592.12. I asked for $92.12 more off to make it an even number and he refused and acted as if I would be taking food from his table if he did that. I deliberated about it but I wanted the car so I accepted it without the additional discount. As I was signing the paperwork, they told me that the car had no warranty and was "As Is". I told them that there was paperwork in the glove box that said that there was a dealer's warranty for 3000 miles or 90 days. They disagreed. We walked over to where they were cleaning the car and found the paperwork that showed there was a warranty. Brian, the salesman, and I took that to the manager, David, to show him and he crumpled it up in front of me and said that the warranty was not valid here. I asked why not, and he said that he bought the car from Ken Ganley Nissan Medina and that it was his car now and the warranty was not valid. I asked how that was since they were both Ken Ganley Nissan and he said it was just his car. To make matters worse, he was very rude and condescending the entire time. The other employees were looking at the floor and straight ahead and appeared to be very uncomfortable. I asked David if I should have bought the car in Medina to get the better deal and he asked me why I came there instead. He had already been told that I live near Mayfield Heights. At no point did anyone say, before they brought the car up, that this would void a warranty and give them less movement on the price. I would have driven to Medina with that information. The entire process was awful, except for Brian, not the most helpful, and Russ (finance guy), who was very nice and understanding. Not only will I never go back to any Ken Ganley dealership, I will actively encourage people to stay away from them. As I told this to David he said that was ok, they have a lot of positive reviews so it won't matter. As I was leaving he mumbled something to me and I assume that it was not positive, because he denied ever saying anything. Extremely unprofessional in a sales oriented business. Not to mention it took 4 hours to get through it all. More

Brian is a member of my team! I truely think he has MY best interests at heart whenever I've come to him while looking for a car. Of course dude wants to sell a car but he doesn't I truely think he has MY best interests at heart whenever I've come to him while looking for a car.
