Very accomodating I have had a continuous problem with the suspenion service light appearing on my brand new 2015 Escalade and the transmission not feeling right. It ha I have had a continuous problem with the suspenion service light appearing on my brand new 2015 Escalade and the transmission not feeling right. It has been to the service department 4 - 5 times now trying to figure out what the problem is. I just recently got it back and I have not driven it yet to know if there is still a problem. Every one has been most accomodating to my schedule to make things happen as best they can to pick up my vehicle, bring me a loaner and try to figure out the problem. Of course this can be disrupting to my busy schedule as I would prefer to have a brand new vehicle without problems but, Tony Grimaldi has made sure that I have been taken care of as well as everyone else has. More
