Not knowing what was wrong with my beloved Sedona van, but sure it was probably a big deal, I drove it to the dealership. I met Brad Skinner in the Service Department. Three days later, I received a personal phone call from the GM, Brian Kitts, that my engine had breathed it’s last after carrying me 160,000 miles. He assured me they would help find me a vehicle. By the close of that same evening, with Gary King’s help, along with the finance manager, Denise Burris, I drove home in my new Sedona van (2020, but new to me), much like the van I had but upgraded. Everyone went above and beyond to take a really bad-news day and turn it into a really good-news day. The customer service was incredible by all involved. I will forever drive a KIA! More
