Enjoyed the buying experience with the professional sales team (David and Dylan) and General Manager. However, there was an extended time in financing and the knowledge of the finance team was not where it team (David and Dylan) and General Manager. However, there was an extended time in financing and the knowledge of the finance team was not where it needed to be. There were multiple issues and apologies for the lack of knowledge on the finance system, confusion which ensued because of the lack of knowledge, and extended delays. In addition, they kept trying to sell me an extended warranty which they had priced at about $7,200. I thought the price was high, said so, and just wanted to move on in the financing process without the special extended warranty. More
