Quick, honest and genuine customer service Today is Monday. Saturday, I googled used cars, and Great Bridge auto sales was one result. I scrolled their used cars, and found a couple I liked. Th Today is Monday. Saturday, I googled used cars, and Great Bridge auto sales was one result. I scrolled their used cars, and found a couple I liked. They were closed Sunday, but I sent an email, asking about one. I received a reply. And it wasn't just a computer response. I indicated I could come by Monday. Promptly, early Monday, I received a call from salesman, Dain McFee. He answered a few questions, and I said I would stop by in the afternoon. My intentions were to look only, and maybe come back later in the week. They found me a Jeep that met all my criteria. Never once pushy, even suggested looking at more! Approximately one hour later, I was out the door. Between Dain and Brian (finance), this was a pleasurable experience. I have bought from many local "big dealers" and this experience was the best. I can say, it was like a small family atmosphere. My biggest plug was they were not pushy. Laid back, chatted, and seemed to genuinely care. I highly recommend Dain McFee and Brian Korich!
