Customer is escorted to their car & is asked if any more questions. People are kind & considerate throughout process AND pricing is reasonable & competitive. Moritz Kia makes it a priority to keep customers advised of service progress and to keep wait times to an absolute minimum. I just wish Moritz Kia location was closer to my Decatur home, but the drive is worth it! More
