Gold Certified ~~~? ?? Recently purchased a Camry , Scheduled an Service appointment , The PCS Pre Collision (PCS ) system was not operating for frontal collision ?? Recently purchased a Camry , Scheduled an Service appointment , The PCS Pre Collision (PCS ) system was not operating for frontal collision warning . The transmission was stumbling 1400 rpm to 1700 rpm . The service Dept said my vehicle a 2024 se model does not have front PCS ~~ TOYOTA BRAND ENGAGEMENT CENTER , was contacted and verified my Vehicle does have the XV70 Pre Collision System !! The car is still under original warranty and I chose to take vehicle to another Dealer , Team Toyota of Steubenville Ohio Haley (SERVICE ). confirmed car does have PCS and it is under warranty and scheduled an Appointment . I arrived at 1;15 for a 1:30 appointment , the car was in the shop n being diagnosed AT 1;35 , I spoke with the technician . The car was reprogramed for the transmission and the Pcs . also Maintenance was now displayed on the information system which was not previously . Haley , ( SERVIVE DEPT ) I made the appointment with went over all the work and took the time to show me everything was repaired and working properly ! My Discussion with the Toyota Brand engagement center , My Vehicle is Gold Certified ~~~ I expressed a problem 3 of the 4 rims had damage ( More than 6" ) to the rims ! I have spoke with the sales person and asked him to look at the rims and he didn't notice the damage until much closer inspection ! The Detailing of the Car was very poor . The old inspection sticker is still visible on the windshield also. . The Sam the sales manager of Brewer Toyota called and left a message on phone , I returned his call at least 4 time and emailed him also which I have proof . I contacted Toyota engagement team again and now have ( 2 ) case #"s As of sept 6 2026 , Toyota Brand Engagement Center replied a member of the management team at Brewer Airport Toyota will be reaching out to me ~~~ I am a senior citizen and am having issues with my vision ~~ I want to thank Haley (service rep ) at Team of Steubenville for addressing all of my concerns and having Knowledgeable personnel .
