It felt less like a workplace and more like a place where your self-worth was chipped away day by day. To make matters worse, the pay was never consistent. Week after week, we were left guessing when—or if—we’d be paid on time. There was always some excuse, always a delay, and never any accountability. It’s hard enough dealing with verbal abuse daily, but doing it while struggling to get paid what you’ve already earned? That’s beyond frustrating—it’s degrading.
