Dealing with an older woman with A3 year old child Brian was most courteous. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He at no time pressured me. He was always available and more importantly he al Brian was most courteous. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He at no time pressured me. It takes a special person to deal with a critical older person while watching a three year old who was active. All other employees were very professional also.
